Our Membership Model
Accessible Care Membership
Care at a discounted rate for those unable to afford the standard cost of general membership.
As a faith-based practice, we believe every person bears the image of God and deserves access to compassionate, high-quality medical care. Accessible Care is offered to individuals and families experiencing ongoing financial constraints. Eligibility is determined by self-attestation in good faith, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to receiving consistent, high-quality care.
Individuals: $60/month
Individual + Partner or Child: $100/month
Family (up to 5 members): $175/month
Each additional member after 5: $35/month

Standard Membership
The standard rate across the area industry for sustainability of clinic care.
Standard Membership provides full access to our clinic services at the regular membership rate. This membership ensures you and your family can receive consistent, high-quality care.
Individuals: $90/month
Individual + Partner or Child: $160/month
Family (up to 5 members): $250/month
Each additional member after 5: $50/month
Enrollment fee: $100
Community Care Membership
Available for those able to afford a higher rate to help offset cost for those with less resources.
Community Care is a voluntary membership for those able to contribute at a higher rate to help offset the cost for families with fewer resources. As Galatians 6:2 reminds us, “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Your membership helps make quality healthcare accessible to more members of our community.
Individuals: $110/month
Individual + Partner or Child: $180/month
Family (up to 5 members): $300/month
Each additional member after 5: $60/month
